The nail on this brooch comes from a beach in the Isles of Scilly off the coast of Cornwall. It has wonderful colours of verdigris from it's time in the sea. It's hand stitched to oxidised & hammered silver with silk threads.
The nail is approx. 6cm long, the oxidised silver is approx. 6.75 x 3cm, & the oxidised silver chain length is approx. 48cm long.
